About The Kidney Community

Millions of Americans, like you, have kidney disease. These groups are here to help you on your kidney health journey.  Follow these links for Ohio and National organizations:

The Kidney Foundation of Ohio is established to provide a broad program of assistance to persons with kidney disease and their families

The National Kidney Foundation is dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney disease and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation.

The site, www.donatelifeohio.org, allows you to sign up online to be an organ and tissue donor in Ohio. Your organ donation could save the lives of seven people, and your tissue donation will enhance the lives of more than 50 people.
