Prepare EMR chart before the patient visits
Relaying messages between the doctor and your patients
Check in, Check out
Supporting the physicians as needed
Help keep the doctors on time
Appointment scheduling, insurance verification
No phlebotomy or injections; no EKGs!
Two years of EPIC or similar EMR use
Strong ability to prioritize, and keep track of many duties
Have a reliable car to travel to Euclid, Mayfield Heights, and occasionally Chardon.

Must have secretary or receptionist skills and EMR experience.

You also support a smooth and efficient clinical workflow, and take on administrative responsibilities. Experience or Skills Required:
Healthcare secretarial, administrative and/or clinical experience, 2 years
Technology savviness, including web portals, Microsoft Word and Excel
Organizational skills/multitasking skills
Good writing skills and grammar
EMR and/or practice management and scheduling software
Medical Records Releases
Credit Card Processing
Website editing or Blog posting
