Nephrologist

Private Practice Nephrologist Opportunity – Cleveland, OH

We are an independent, close-knit group of three physicians and three APPs. For over 30 years, we’ve been the premier private nephrology practice serving the beautiful eastern suburbs of Cleveland, with privileges at both University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic.

We are seeking an additional MD or DO to join our team and provide outstanding care to our renal patients. With us, you’ll enjoy the benefits of private practice that feels like family—you choose how you practice medicine, without the constraints of big bureaucracy or private equity oversight.

Role Highlights

• Care for renal patients across hospitals, dialysis centers, and office settings

• Collaborative and supportive environment with physician and APP colleagues

• Training provided in billing and coding

What We’re Looking For

• Strong critical thinking and diagnostic reasoning in patient care

• Clear, compassionate communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams

• Ability to order and interpret appropriate labs/imaging and recommend consults as needed

• Prescribe appropriate treatments (no controlled substances)

• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and coding

Requirements

• U.S. medical license

• Board Certification in Nephrology (or within 3 months of hire for current Fellows

​

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Weekend call: 1 in 3 with APP support​​
