Our APPs have a nice mix of inpatient care, rounding on our ESRD/ESKD patients in dialysis centers, our patients in rehab facilities, and some see office patients. • Document the plan of care, interventions and evaluations in a clear and concise manner in the patient’s medical record while following approved hospital and office policies and compliance standards for documentation.

  • Submit correct billing records with appropriate diagnosis codes on a daily basis to the practice. On the job training in billing and coding is provided.

  • Other duties may be assigned.
